- Shipping & Delivery
Most products are in stock and shipped soon after we receive your order. If an item is back-ordered we will send you a message if delivery will take 30 days or more. You will have the option of a refund or to wait on the backordered item. Custom orders take a little longer but are certainly worth the wait. We offer the best quality, brand name items. We only carry items that we ourselves enjoy. Your tastes might be different, but here you will find the real restraints that police and hospitals have been counting on for years.

We are able to ship internationally, but some items (handcuffs, restraints and strait jackets) require an export license from the government. It can take up to eight weeks to get a license. If there is a loss during transit we will file the insurance claim and process a replacement order or refund when the claim is filled, not before.
Most international shipping problems are related to customs. Please make sure that you know how to handle customs procedures in your country and what you are allowed to import. Taxes and duty are your responsibility. The shipping we charge covers postage only. We can not replace or refund orders lost to customs even when they are insured. The US Department of Commerce mandates prohibits the use of small flat rate boxes and envelopes for licensed exports. The best value is the medium sized Priority Mail box, up to 20 pounds for $60.
Most items are new (except antique handcuffs of course) and have a full manufacturer warranty. If there is a problem we can help get you the information, but usually you will send the item to the maker and they will fix or replace it and send it back to you. eRestraint does not offer any warranty or guarantee of any kind.

Normally items are not returnable, if an exception is made there is a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are not refunded. No returns accepted after 30 days of shipment.
