Any brand name item will include a manufacturer's warranty.  Our custom and unique items include a one year eRestraint warranty.  The eRestraint warranty includes operation and defects.  Damage or corrosion caused by poor storage or misuse is not covered.

 Usually we do not accept returns.  Contact us at admin@erestraint.com to request an exception.  Buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Does the handcuff collar/necklace double lock?

Yes, like many modern handcuffs a pin press to the side of the lock case will double lock the the collar/necklace.  This will prevent it from getting tighter and makes it more difficult to pick or shim the lock.


Do your custom necklace, bracelets and anklets use standard US handcuff keys?

Yes, for the most part. There are some variations between brands and certain keys might not work easily.  All of our products come with working keys.
